1. Bitters and Soda
This is my go to when I’m not in the mood to imbibe in a heavy cocktail. The soda dilutes the bitters making this drink almost virgin and it’s great for digestion!
2. The Faux-jito
Muddled mint, lime juice, sugar, and a splash of soda make this rum-less mojito anything but boring.
3. Spritzer
This is low in alcohol, but still has just enough to make you feel like you can relax. Soda water, white wine, and grapefruit juice make this spritzer light and refreshing just in time for spring.
